Steam shower door - CA Glass Frameless Shower Door

Steam shower door can be built with or without a movable transom. A steam door without a movable transom uses special hinges with a glass cutout for the top hinge. This makes the glass to tile spacing on both sides and top the same. If a movable transom is to be used, wall mount hinges are used.

Glass Thickness

3/8″ Thickness (standard) and 1/2″ Thickness (heavy) are our most popular glass thickness options.
Shower glass thicker than 1/2″ is not offered due to its weight being too heavy to be supported.
